After 14 years of steady growth, KINGTOP now owns a factory with a total facility buildings of 26,000 m², including a 2,000 m² injection molding workshop. The company has 14 regular injection molding machines, 8 high-speed injection molding machines and 1 ISBM machine, which can produce plastic products of different weights, including plastic cups using various injection and blow molding processes, plastic storage products, plastic toys, plastic tableware, and more.

Moreover, KINGTOP has a 10,000 m² assembly and packaging workshop equipped with 10 large-scale fully automatic production and packaging lines, as well as self-developed fully automatic PALLET and PDQ production lines. These production lines can provide different supermarket customers with PALLET packaging services for different products, saving 60% of labor costs and increasing packaging efficiency by 200%.

In addition to injection molding, the factory also makes various processes for different products, including automatic screen-printing machines, automatic heat transfer machines, and automatic cutting machines. The factory boasts independent product design capabilities and can also provide OEM services based on customer designs. We have a strong and professional team covering graphic design, product design, structural design, mold design, and manufacturing.

Our company's 1,500 m² mold workshop is equipped with the most professional and precise mold processing machines, capable of producing approximately 500 new molds annually. This capability allows us to provide high-quality injection molds at a low cost, which is our biggest advantage. Furthermore, we continuously develop new products every year, making us the factory with the most advantageous development capabilities among similar professional production factories.

We possess a 10,000 m² warehouse with modern digital warehouse management, boasting strong storage and turnover capabilities. In addition, we have a 2,000 m² office and sample showroom, with a team of approximately 70 people. We have advanced management and service systems, dedicated to providing customers with the best quality service.

Each workshop in the factory employs around 200 workers. Quality and delivery time are the lifeline of our company. No matter where our customers come from, they can trust us with their orders because the company has a strict quality management system that implements professional and rigorous control at every stage. This includes control of raw materials, the production process, product testing, and post-production inspection by specialized departments.

We have a total of 20 quality control personnel, and the factory has a dedicated professional testing laboratory with specialized QE people. They are responsible for testing harmful chemical substances, physical properties, and functionalities of the products, as well as cartons for compliance. All testing adheres to, or even exceeds, professional laboratory testing standards. Furthermore, we maintain long-term cooperation with international laboratories such as SGS, UL, TUV, and BV. This allows us to obtain first-hand information on the testing standards of various countries and conduct testing and production in accordance with these standards.

Our company has factory audit qualifications for all types of customers, including BSCI, SEDEX, SCAN, and FCCA. Our main customers currently include Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobby, CVS, Big Lots, and Walgreens, as well as other traders and importers.
